How to sign documents with SimplySign?

If you want to get SimplySign, read on here. 

If you already have a qualified SimplySign certificate, you can sign documents directly on the Mark Sign platform. 

Steps to sign a document with SimplySign: 

  1. Log in to Mark Sign and choose SimplySign as your login method:

  1. You’ll be redirected to Certum’s environment - fill in your data and log in:

  1. Upload a document or open one that requires your signature:

When using SimplySign, you can sign PDF and XML documents.

  1. After enabling any desired functionalities and clicking on "Sign document", confirm the signature via SimplySign by entering your card’s PIN:

Important! SimplySign login and signing on Mark Sign is currently available only to Polish citizens.
