What is SimplySign and who can use it?

SimplySign is a qualified electronic signature developed by Certum. It allows you to sign electronic documents with the same legal force as a handwritten signature - and is valid across the entire European Union under the eIDAS regulation. 

This tool is particularly popular among Polish citizens and residents, as identity verification and certificate issuance are handled by local Certum channels.

  • No physical card or reader needed 
  • Works on mobile devices (Android, iOS) and desktop (Windows, macOS) 
  • Available for 1, 2, or 3-year validity periods
