Can I sign multiple documents at once?

There are two main ways to sign multiple documents in Mark Sign:

1. Upload up to 100 documents at once and sign them with a single signature using an ADoc container.

To do this, log in to the Mark Sign self-service platform, go to the „Documents“ section, click „Upload document“, and upload up to 100 files in one go.

Once uploaded, you can create an ADoc container and sign it with just one qualified signature.

2. Sign up to 100 documents at once by using a USB token or Smart Card.

Important! The total size of documents you can upload at once depends on your self-service plan:

• Start plan: up to 10 MB per upload
• Professional, Team, or Flexible plans: up to 100 MB per upload
