How to pay for the signature of a foreign citizen?

After logging in to our self-service platform, you can choose to have a foreign citizen’s eSignature deducted from your available signature quota before sending an invitation to sign a document. By enabling this option, other individuals will be able to sign documents using the signatures from your account.

To enable this, simply check the box “Deduct signatures from my account” before sending the document for signing. This way, the other person’s signature will be counted under your account. 

Important! 

• Users on the Professional and Team plans must have global signatures available for foreign citizens to use when they are invited to sign. Please note that monthly or additional signatures are not always applicable for global signing when inviting foreign citizens. • For Flexible plan users, no additional actions are required – simply check the box, and the global signatures will automatically be included in your monthly invoices.
