When do the monthly eSignatures renew?

For Users of Plan Start:

Every user of this plan gets 3 free eSignatures every month. The renewal date of eSignatures is seen on Mark Sign's self-service: Settings & Payments —> Plans & Billings.

Monthly signatures refill date is different for every user. 30 days after registration of the user, monthly signatures renew. For users of our free plan (Start) eSignatures are updated at night, when the systems are least loaded.

For Users of Plans Professional and Teams:

The users of these two plans also get their eSignatures renewed every 30 days. Those, who have plans Professional or Teams, get their eSignatures renewed individually based not only on the date, but also in regard of the precise time of plan purchase.

Important! Regardless of how many free eSignatures are used up in a month, renewal still happens. If there are any remaining eSignatures, they are not transferred to the next month's basket.

Shortly About the Difference on eSignatures Renewal:

Plan Start - the system tracks only the date of registration, renewal of eSignatures happens during the night every 30 days.

Plans Professional and Teams - the system tracks both the date and the precise time of plan purchase. Monthly signatures refill happens for every user every 30 days.
