How can I change personal data that is shown in the eSignature?

Personal data can change. For example, after marriage, the surname might change.

You can change the display of personal data on the Mark Sign self-service platform in the following ways:

Smart-ID app users will need to delete and reinstall the Smart-ID app. New data will be updated with the first login to Mark Sign's self-service.

Mobile-ID users need to contact their telecommunications company and change the SIM card to a new one, where the population register data will be updated.

LT ID app users should contact the selected Customer Service Unit of SE Centre of Registers and re-submit an order for an LT ID certificate.
