Electronic signature does not work. What to do?

The electronic signature does not work, and you do not know what the reason for this could be, right? Here are the most common reasons in brief. First of all, there are possible temporary system failures. However, if you try again later and the problem persists, here are some possible situations.

Issues with Smart-ID

First of all, make sure that you have entered the correct PIN code. If your Smart-ID is not working, we recommend you to check your Smart-ID certificate validity. If it is expired, you'll need to create a new Smart-ID account.

Also, make sure you use a qualified Smart-ID, not Smart-ID Basic. The Basic account is valid only for online banking services.

Issues with Mobile-ID

First, make sure you enter the correct PIN codes. If your Mobile-ID is not working, we recommend you to check your Mobile-ID certificate validity. If it is expired, you'll need to apply for a new Mobile-ID certificate from your mobile operator.
