Which plan is best for business?

For a business or organization with more than one employee, we recommend choosing either the Team or Organization plan.

  • With the Team plan, you will manage documents centrally within a single organizational account. You can create shared document categories, set different access permissions for team members, and when an employee changes, all organization‑related documents remain in the organization’s account.
  • By choosing the Organization plan, you will receive all the features of the Team plan, and additionally gain the flexibility to manage everything according to your needs:
  1. Send signing invitations branded with your company’s visual identity (white‑label functionality);
  2. Integrate your logo, preferred fonts, and colors into the signature;
  3. Sign documents directly in the Mark Sign platform or via API integration;
  4. Avoid additional costs - in this plan, each new user is not charged individually.
