Which plan is best for business?

For a business or organization with more than one employee, we recommend choosing either the Team or Organization plan.

With the Team plan, you will manage documents centrally within a single organizational account. You can create shared document categories, set different access permissions for team members, and when an employee changes, all organization‑related documents remain in the organization’s account.
By choosing the Organization plan, you will receive all the features of the Team plan, and additionally gain the flexibility to manage everything according to your needs:

Send signing invitations branded with your company’s visual identity (white‑label functionality);
Integrate your logo, preferred fonts, and colors into the signature;
Sign documents directly in the Mark Sign platform or via API integration;
Avoid additional costs - in this plan, each new user is not charged individually.
